As we see the problem of the Educational quality in our Country it obeys to political National level. Which have as conception, the execution, goals, y los been to like give lugar, mostrando every day the quantitative indicators of children and girls that have entered to the system of the escuelas, no looking at the component but important that is the QUALITY OF THE IMPARTED EDUCATION IN OUR SCHOOL INSTITUTIONS, component this that guarantees us the result of the product, if we look at the Quality from the managerial point of view that they are our STUDENTS that will compete in the labor market with the base of the education imparted in our Institutions in this case.
But which it bases or can educational quality impart?
If plays us to develop pedagogic acts with 50 to 55 students in classrooms of 48 mts2, where, we finish out, to other without didactic material, lack of desks, etc. Finishes the year and we not even can inter acting with all the children and girls because he doesn't give us time of passing to list because we are gone the hour of classes.
Without adding all the changes that we confront every four years or in the Municipal secretaries, when the processes or changes according to the demands llagado is not had to consolidate y ya other dispositions they are imparting, but who are the you kill? . Our students.
In the current case we are embarked in the famous EDUCATIONAL REVOLUTION, which requires of this exercise that today concerns us to carry out the PLANS OF IMPROVEMENT and to continue him the game to this new project. Nevertheless for the realization of this analysis we leave of some theoretical ones managerial that conceptúan on the problem of the quality.
The concept of “Quality” it comes from the managerial world, and this you generalizes to the group of the society, until the point that today is a relating of a lot of value to say, to evaluate and to make decisions of different nature. The education doesn't escape to this social phenomenon.
Acquiring particular dimensions in the educational environment
As in many countries, in Colombia the Quality of the Education this in fashion, mainly starting from the General Law of the Education (Law 115 of 1994 which says in the art 4°: “It corresponds to the State, to the Society and the family to look after the quality of the education.”

According to the experts, so that an education of high quality is imparted, the Educational institutions should keep in mind the following recommendations:
Expectations and necessities of the educational community and the community in general.
1. - effectiveness and directive Efficiency, professors, and employees of the institution.
2. - I work in team and continuous improvement
3. - total commitment of la Direccion, the leadership of the dome is essential.

5. - recognition of the good individual yield and of team.
Not obstante una Educational Institution, before going aboard in a process of total Quality should consider the following aspects:
1. - the nature of the Institution.
2. - the critical factors of success.
3. - the Institutional mission.
4. - the fitting of the quality in the Institutional plan.
5. - the cost that this implies.
6. - the evaluation of the progress of the quality.
According to Mr. Atkinson, he/she says: ” To foment an appropriate system of values that it is adjusted to the total quality, the DIRECTORS should learn how to see people like person, of similar to same, not from above, and to want it in the same way that you/they want to their family or if same.”
Many experts of total Quality agree in that most of the problems of Ineficiencia and weaknesses of the organizational systems concern to the ADDRESS. They don't listen what tells them the Educational Community, and less when some of them thinks different, because they proceed to take out them immediately with the weapons that the same State has given them as they are the transfers. They are not able to concert and to mediate the differences. Ignoring that the differences reproduce knowledge.
Continuing with the contributions found in this thematic one, the UNESCO points out that the QUALITY OF THE EDUCATION should be HOLISTIC, integral, as an everything. The pillars that outline are:
—TO LEARN HOW TO KNOW: To combine a general culture enough wide one, but with depth in the knowledge has more than enough problems and concrete queries, this requires to learn how to fasten, with the purpose of the possibilities that he/she offers the education along the life taking advantage.
—TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE: To acquire besides a professional qualification, a competitions that qualify the individual to make in front of great number of situations and to work in team.
—TO LEARN HOW TO COHABIT: To develop the understanding toward the other one and the interdependence forms, to carry out common projects and prepares to treat the conflicts, to respect the values of the pluralism, the mutual understanding and the peace.
—TO LEARN HOW TO BE: To develop in better form the own personality and to be under conditions of working with growing capacity of autonomy, of trial and personal responsibility. With such an end, not to underestimate each individual's possibility in their educational process: memory, reasoning, aesthetic sense, physical capacities, aptitudes to communicate, among others.
From our perspective, these four pillars of the education should be mediated by the capacity and investigative attitude, tendientes to the development of the investigative spirit, that is to say of doubt, search and permanent and systematic reflection around the question.
Now then. As developing the quality of the education in a context of social movement?
This implies the participation, mobilization and commitment of the educational community and society in general.
In this perspectiva de social movement in the educational institutions requires to make decisions and to assume strong commitments of leadership, flexibility and academic innovation.
- ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP: It should be characterized to transmit high expectations, beliefs and values that generate consents, mobility and participation in the educational community of administration, administrative and organization of the different processes and academic activities.
This type of leadership should assume it mainly the Address and the faculty, but also the student body, like essential part of its integral formation. Sallis says, “that an important aspect of the paper of the leadership in the educational institutions is to provide the professors the necessary autonomy to improve to the maximum the learning of its students, to share the taking of decisions and to assume bigger responsibilities.

—THE INNOVATION: Expert as systematic and organized transformation, it should be present in the politicians, strategies, projects, plans and institutional actions, of such a luck that is developed and consolidate the capacity to constantly learn, as the strength but important to respond to the turbulences of the current world.
From this perspective, these aspects constitute forces movilizadoras of great power to achieve intelligent educational institutions, open to the permanent learning. Of this it depends, in great measure, the solution to the problem of the drop quality of our education, without forgetting the big responsibilities that correspond to the Colombian State and the Society in their group.
